We often try to change everything at once — new morning routine, new workout schedule, new nutrition habits…(+ a must do it everyday of the week mentality) and it ends up feeling heavy. Which often leads to failure.

Been busy — fuelling, running, working on tota, working on prod…

Eating well always comes first though! It’s a priority for me to eat well — which trickles down into how I’m feeling and how I’m working.
Sometimes it really is that simple. Prioritizing your health doesn’t have to be complicated — it can look like trying a new recipe, decluttering a corner of your home, or choosing one night in and one night out.
