ABOUT ME

What began as a passion for health, wellness, movement, and longevity evolved into a transformative lifestyle and purpose-driven career. From a young age, I’ve cared deeply about feeling my best—inside and out—prioritizing physical activity and nourishing foods. However, the true vision for my future didn’t emerge until I faced the reality of being completely out of alignment with myself in the midst of a fast-paced career.

Despite my dedication to eating well, staying active, and following all the “right” health habits, I still felt disconnected, struggled with gut issues, and was far from my best. My days were consumed by work, leaving little space for true balance. That’s when I realized something was missing: a holistic approach to well-being.

Gradually, I shifted my focus to a more integrated view of health. I delved deeply into nutrition, mental and emotional well-being, spiritual growth, and mindful movement to rediscover my sense of wholeness. It wasn’t just about what I was eating or how I was moving—it was about the quality of my sleep, the boundaries I set, the state of my emotional and mental health, and how I wanted my days to feel.

With a background in psychology from McGill University, I’ve always been passionate about working with and supporting others. After completing my certification as a holistic health coach with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN), I pursued advanced specializations in Gut Health and Hormone Health to better support my clients through every stage of their wellness journey.

Today, my mission is to empower others to feel aligned, whole, and in complete balance—helping them create sustainable habits and a lifestyle that supports their overall well-being.
